For our Product Family FLEXITY located in Vienna, where we are engineering and manufacturing tramways, we are looking to recruit a flexible and motivated Global Site Planning Manager.
For this role you will work in close collaboration with the PM, owner of time management topic in the project team, providing proper time management information to support decisions making to reach expected OTD performance of the project (tender, contract or program execution). You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule (internal and customer schedule). You need to manage efficiently planning deliverable issuance. Also you will need facilitate the synchronization of internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Analyse the schedule management requirements of the Customer (contractual tool, schedule structure, reporting constraints…),
- Detail the tender schedule based on Reference Library templates, gap analysis, Metiers commitments, and PXO (Project Metiers organisation such as PIO / Project Industrial Organisation) tender strategy
- Highlight the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule and propose the optimisation & mitigation actions.
- Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments, and manages the schedules interfaces.
- Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule
- Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share best practices, schedule templates.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- 7/10 years’ experience as PrPM / SSM / Project Development Planning Manager/Project Operation Planning Manager/Industrial Planner/Construction Planner
- Project management and industrial background
- Is used to work with internal processes (Tenders, Projects, Engineering, Industrial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality and their interfaces)
- Project scheduling processes

The minimum salary for this position € 3.179,30 EUR gross / month (14 x) for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
